Can it really book appointments and log tickets, not just talk?

Yes. The agent integrates with systems such as booking platforms, calendars, CRMs and IT service management tools. During a call it can check real availability, create or change bookings, log tickets with structured detail, and send confirmations. If a system has an API, we can usually connect it.

What happens when a call needs a human?
